A Journey of Growth, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence
With over three decades of experience leading durable brands like Usha International and Sylvania Laxman and two decades in one of the largest auto dealerships in the East Zone, I have lived the highs and lows of the professional world. Through every challenge, one truth stood out—the real X-factor for growth and fulfilment is Emotional Intelligence.
For years, I struggled with the pressures of leadership, the complexities of managing teams, and the balancing act of professional and personal responsibilities. It was Emotional Intelligence that transformed my journey, helping me not only overcome obstacles but also thrive in my career and life.
Driven by this realization, I became a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach from Six Seconds, the world’s largest coaching and practicing hub for Emotional Intelligence. This knowledge and practice have empowered me to build high-performing teams, resolve conflicts with ease, and create a thriving sales culture based on trust and integrity.
Through the power of Emotional Intelligence, I earned the honour of being recognized as one of the Best General Managers in the State. I am also a proud Diamond Club Member of the Internet Lifestyle Hub led by Mr. Sidharth Rajsekar, where I continue refining my digital coaching and empowerment skills. Additionally, I am an active member of the Success Gyan Community, where I have had the privilege to participate in Mr. Rajiv Talreja’s transformational workshops.
